I've decided to sharpen my poker skills by playing online. I figure if I could win just $10 a day, I would have more than $3,000 by the end of the year. I started last month. So far, I've lost $90.
Last weekend, I taught my friend Harxy how to play. She already knew the hands, so it was really the betting I was explaining to her. Her place is big enough that we can have the games there. That would be cool. I left my chips there, which was a good thing because they are really heavy and I didn't want to carry them all the way back. Harxy lives on the Upper West Side. That's not at all close to Queens. It could have been worse. She could have lived in New Jersey.
