Wikipedia has a lot of guidelines concerning the best way to write entries (which anyone can do). One of the things they warn against is cliches. While cliches are cliches for a reason and I love tarting up language in general, I thought that this line was somehow brilliant. It brings to mind a society where only exact truth is spoken, no more, no less. It might make things boring, but at least you know what's what.
People in Wikipedia articles do not take the plunge, they simply do things.
